150 N State Flyer & Signage

150 N State Street is a prominent location on the State Street Corridor, one of the major shopping districts in Chicago. Mid-America wanted to target big-name anchor tenants, entertainment, and fitness while counteracting the post-COVID retail slump. I did this with a bright, bold, positive brand, reflected in the flyer and signage.
