Merritt Brochure Template Refresh

Merritt wanted to refresh their property brochure (scroll to the bottom to see the original). I focused on having fewer bigger photos to eliminate clutter and let the property show, and I shortened the copy to create more space and make the most important info more obvious. I brightened the whole impression by using mostly blue, green and white rather than gray and tan.
