Today is my one-year business-iversary! It’s truly crazy. I do not understand how I am suddenly here. But here I am!

During my in-house career, I hired a bunch of intern and full-time designers. Over the years, I refined what I look for in an application and red flags that make me immediately hit delete.

I haven’t met all the nuns in history, but I feel confident in saying that Corita Kent was the coolest.

Here are some things I learned after 10 years and a billion meetings in-house, and how I run my meetings now that I’m in charge.
